Happy 4th of July!!!!

Boot Camp Workout at Veterans Park, 9am ONLY! If it’s raining, meet at the gym.

Warm-up: movement; 20 burpees

5 Rounds:

  • 10 DB see saw press
  • 30 toe touch crunches
  • 60 mountain climbers
  • 10 plate raises
  • 1 hill

Finish: plank drill!!!
