Boot Camp Workout for 7-24-2013

Warm-up: movement; no rain – run A – ht 3 blocks, B – ht 2 blocks; rain: 100 jumping jacks

4 Rounds:

  • 10 shoulder press
  • 30 yoga block crunches
  • 30 kb swings
  • 30 kick-ups

Finish: 20/10, x8: frog squats, high knee jog, toe touch crunches
