Boot Camp Workout for 7-23-12

Warm up: Movement! 40 lunges, Run – Park (rain: 0:30 lunges, jump squats, skiers, x 4)

4 Rounds:

  • 10 Push Ups
  • 10 One Arm Rows – each arm
  • 25 Toe Touch Crunches
  • 25 Kettlebell High Pulls
  • 100 Yard Run

Finish: 0:20 each – Jump Squats, Slamballs, Prone Rows
