Warm-up: movement; 100 jumping jacks, 25 squat thrusts

4 Rounds:
Beginner, 12 reps; Advanced , 15 reps

  • burpees
  • bent rows
  • Kettlebell high pulls
  • reverse rows
  • run 200 yards

finish: 20 pull-ups
