Warm-up: movement; run – HT 2 blocks

Rounds:

  • 20 kb walking lunges
  • 10 chin-ups, if you can get unassisted, try to do some L-sit!
  • 60 bicycles
  • 1 gorilla crawl

Finish: 20/20/20/20, x5: kb swings, kb high pulls, fast feet
