Warm-up: Movement; No Rain – 100 jumping jacks, run – daycare; Rain – 45/15, x3: mountain climbers, skiers

5 Rounds:

  • 12 thrusters
  • 30 oblique twists
  • 12 plate circles
  • 30 Kettlebell swings, A – single handed (15/15)
  • 12 box jumps

Finish: 20/10, x4: slam balls, nasties, flutter kicks
