Warm-up: Movement; No Rain – 25 squat thrust, run – park; Rain – 20/10, x3: high knee jog, squat thrust, jump squats

5 Rounds:

  • 15 chest press on floor
  • 25 Kettlebell high pulls
  • 25 leg raises
  • 10 pull-ups
  • 60 mountain climbers

Finish: 20/20/20/20, x5: diamond push-ups, prone rows, rest
