Boot Camp Workout for 7-12-2013

Warm-up: Movement; rain – 20 squats, 20 push-ups, x2; no rain – 20 squats, run – HT 2 blocks

Rounds:

  • deadlifts
  • “21’s”
  • leg raises
  • no rain – run 100 yards, rain – 20 jumping lunges

Finish: 50 kb goblet squats
