Warm Up: 30/15 x 3 – High Knee Jog, Jump Squats, Mountain Climbers

 

4 Rounds:

  • 20 Wallballs
  • 40 Mountain Climbers
  • 10 Front/Side Raise Combo
  • 60 Oblique Twists

Finish: 6:00 Abs – :30/each x 2 – Toe Touch Crunches, Bicycles, Scissors, Leg Raises, Nasties Left, Nasties Right

Advanced: 20 KB Snatches each arm
