Warm Up:  1:00/15 – Jump Rope, Frog Squats, Jumping Jacks – Run HT 2 blocks

AMRAP 18:00:

  • 10 Thrusters
  • 10 KB Sumo High Pulls
  • 10 V Crunches
  • 10 Slam Balls
  • 10 Knee Tuck Jumps

Finish: 20/20/20 x 5 – High Knee Jog, Reverse Plank, Rest

Advanced: Handstand work and/or HSPU
