Warm Up: 25 Jump Squats, Run – Penguin

4 Rounds:

  • 18, 15, 12, 9 Burpees
  • 18 Prone Rows
  • 18 Bent Knee Crunches
  • 9, 12, 15, 18 Pull Ups
  • Run 200 yards

Finish: 30/15 x 3 sets – mountain climbers, chest presses
