Boot Camp Workout for 6/15/11

Warm Up: 50 Jumping Jacks, 25 Squats, 5 Burpees, Run – Penguin (If it rains you will have a different indoor warm up)

4 Rounds:

  • 15 Curl and Press
  • 20 Windshield Wipers
  • 15 Lunges – each leg
  • 30 Jump Overs

Finish: 3 Rounds – 1:00/15 alternating Hammer Tire and Partner Ball pass Back Situps

*Jaci and others at home – Find something heavy you can use to shoulder press, the rest of the workout, except the finish can be done at home.
