Warm Up: 25 squats, Run – Penguin

5 Rounds:

  • 10 Windmills – each
  • 20 Knee Tuck Crunches
  • 20 Jump Overs
  • 20 Wallballs
  • 20 Step Back Lunges

Finish: 5:00 Burnout – High Knee Jog, Jumping Jacks, Squat Thrusts, Up Kicks, Bicycles

Extra: Pike Push Ups
