Warm-up: Movement; 45/15, x2: squat thrust, fast feet, frog squats

4 Rounds:

  • 10 pike push-ups/hand stand push-ups
  • 30 roll-up sit-ups
  • 10 front/side superset
  • 30 side knee tuck crunches
  • 15 slam balls

finish: 20/20 Kettlebell snatches
