Warm-up: movement; rain – 20 lunges, 20 push-ups, x2

5 Rounds:

  • 10 bb squats
  • 10/10 tricep kick backs
  • 30 KB swings
  • rain – duck walk, no rain – run 200 yards

Finish: 30 weighted walking lunges
