Warm-up: movement; rain – 150 jumping jacks, no rain – 50 jumping jacks, run daycare

5 Rounds:

  • 10 Arnold press
  • 20 leg raises
  • 20 squat thrusts
  • 60 oblique twists
  • 60 high knee jog

Finish: skill – kb snatches and cleans
