Warm-up: Movement; 45/45, x2: jumping jacks, squat thrusts, lunges

4 Rounds:

  • 10 decline push-ups
  • 10 flies on ball
  • 40 oblique medicine ball twists
  • 10 pull-ups
  • 20 jump squats

finish: chest press burn out, 20/10, x6
