Boot Camp Workout for 6-24-2013

Warm-up: Movement; rain – 25 frog squats, 50 jumping jacks, no rain – above and run 500 yards

5 Rounds:

  • 10 reverse rows
  • 10 decline push-ups
  • 20 leg raises
  • 15 frog squats
  • 15/15 kb high pulls

Finish: burpee minute
