Warm-up: movement; rain – 20 burpees, no rain – 20 burpees, run – ht 2 blocks

4 Rounds for time:

  • 15 shoulder press
  • 100 bicycles
  • 15 plate raises
  • 100 mountain climbers
  • 15 weighted jump squats

Finish: skill – pike/handstand push-ups
