Boot Camp Workout for 6-17-2012

Warm-up: movement; 100 jumping jacks, run – park

4 Rounds:

  • 10 chest presses on floor
  • 10/10 1-arm Kettlebell rows
  • 15 burpees
  • 20/20 1-leg toe touches
  • 20 frog squats

Finish: 40 Kettlebell high pulls, advanced 20 each hand
