Warm-up: Movement; 100 jumping jacks, run – daycare

4 Rounds for time:

  • 15 squats
  • 15 dips
  • 50 bicycles
  • 15 slam balls
  • 30 leg raises – advanced 10 knees to elbow

Finish: 20 chin-ups
