Warm-up: movement; rain – 100 jumping jacks, no rain – above and run to park

5 Rounds:

  • 10 straight leg deadlifts
  • 15box dips, A – weighted
  • 50 bicycles
  • rain – 25 jump squats, no rain – 200 yard run

Finish: 3:00 sprawl drill
