Boot Camp Workout for 6-13-2012

Warm-up: Movement; :20/:10, x4: knee tuck jumps, skip knees, mule kicks

5 rounds:

  • 10 shoulder press
  • 30 nasties – each side
  • 15 slam balls
  • 30 knee tuck crunches
  • 60 mountain climbers

Finish: :20/:10, x6: mermaid dips, superman plank, plank jacks
