Warm-up: Movement; :30/:10, x3: high knee jog, squat thrusts, skiers

4 Rounds:

  • 12 flies
  • 12 kettlebell high pulls – each arm
  • 12 reverse rows
  • 48 weighted oblique twists
  • 12 box jumps

Finish: :30/:30, x3: Hindu push-ups, mountain climbers
