Warm-up: Movement; rain – 3:00 circle drill, no rain – 20 burpees, run 500 yards

5 Rounds:

  • 10 push-ups
  • 10/10 KB row
  • 10 flies on ball
  • 20 leg raises
  • 40 cross body mountain climbers

Finish: chest press burnout
