Warm-up: Movement; 45/15, x2: jumping jacks, bicycles, lunges

4 Rounds:

  • 12 deadlifts
  • 24 knee tuck crunches
  • 12 skull crushers
  • 18 box jumps

Finish: 50 Kettlebell swings
