If you’re out of town and want to get in a good workout, check out the Homework from two Thursdays ago. Or just run for 10:00 and then do 3 rounds of 25 Burpees, 25 Prone Rows and 25 Toe Touch Crunches and then run another 5:00.

And don’t forget to thank any friends or family members you know who have served this great county of ours and protected our freedom and helped bring freedom to others around the world who wanted it and needed someone stronger than they were to fight for it for them.
