Warm-up: movement; 25 squat thrusts

4 Rounds:

  • 15 wall ball
  • 30 ABMAT sit-ups
  • 15/15 KB swings/snatches
  • 15 box jumps

Finish: 20/10, x4: plank jacks, knee tuck crunches, corkscrews
