Boot Camp Workout for 5-20-2013

Warm-up: movement; 50 squats, 50 jumping jacks

5 Rounds:

  • 15 burpees – A – 20
  • 15/15 KB high pulls
  • 60 bicycles
  • 30 knee to elbow jumps

Finish: 20/10, x4: push-ups, prone rows
