Warm-up: Movement; rain: 20/10, x5: frog squats, side lunges, jumping jacks; no rain: 15 squat thrusts, run – daycare

6 Rounds:

  • 10/10 jump lunges
  • “21’s”
  • 20 ab splitters
  • 40 reps HKJR

Finish: 25 box jumps
