Warm-up: Movement; 20 lunges, run – park

5 Rounds:

  • 7 push press – BB
  • 14/14 alternating reach crunches
  • 7/7 windmills
  • 21 hip pushes
  • 42 cross body mountain climbers

Finish: 20/10, x8: KB swing/snatch, frog squats
