Boot Camp Workout for 5-10-2013

Warm-up: movement; 15 burpees, run – 500 yards

6 Rounds:

  • 10/10 DB deadlifts, 1 leg
  • 15 box dips, A – weighted
  • 20 knee tuck crunches, A – 10 knees to elbow
  • run – 100 yards

Finish: sprints
