Boot Camp Workout for 4/9/2012

Warm-up: movement; 30/10, x3: high knee jog, mountain climbers, jump squats

5 Rounds:

  • 10 burpees
  • 20 12-to-6 sit-ups
  • 10 chest presses – floor
  • 20 kettlebell high pulls
  • 10 reverse rows

Finish: 20/10, x6 chest press burnout
