Boot Camp Workout for 4/2/2012

Warm-up: movement; 30/10, x4 – squat thrust, fast feet, high knee jog

5 rounds:

  • 12 decline push-ups
  • 12 dumbbell rows
  • 36 toe touch crunches
  • 24 Kettlebell high pulls – each hand

finish: good weather: run, advanced – Morningside, beginner – Park
Bad weather – 20/10, x6 – chest press burnout
