Warm-up: movement; 30/10, x3: mountain climbers, push-ups, jumping jacks

5 rounds:

  • 12 lunges
  • 12 dips
  • 96 oblique twists
  • 24 jump squats
  • 24 kettlebell swings

finish: 20 pull-ups
