Boot Camp Workout for 4-8-2013

Warm-up: Movement; 20 lunges, 20 push-ups, run – 500 yards

5 Rounds:

  • 12 push-ups
  • 12 ABMAT back raises
  • 12 dumbbell rows
  • 24 Kettlebell high pulls
  • 200 yard run

Finish: chest press burnout
