Warmup: 15 squats, jump squats, squat thrusts

6 rounds:

10 floor press
10 BB row
10 decline box push up
10 reverse row

Finish: MINI COMP! 10 sets for time of 5 burpees and 5 Kettlebell high pulls (2 hands)
