Boot Camp Workout for 4-24-2013

Warm-up: movement; no rain – 500 yards, rain – 20/10 x3: fast feet, high knee jog, jump squats

6 Rounds:

  • 10 KB swings/snatches
  • 15 seesaw presses
  • 20 jump overs
  • 20 high knees
  • 16 wood choppers

Finish: 20/20/20: nasties, nasties, reverse plank
