Warm-up: movement; no rain – run daycare, rain – 20 burpees

6 Rounds:

  • 12 lunges
  • 10 mermaid dips, A – weighted
  • 12 jump squats
  • 20 split crunches
  • 100 yard run

Finish: 25 chin-ups
