Warm-up: Movement; run -park

5 Rounds:

  • med ball cleans ladder, 1-5
  • 15 up-down plank
  • 10 DB push press
  • 15 v-crunches
  • 10 KB power rows

Finish: 20/20/20×6: high knee jog, slam balls, crunches
