Boot Camp Workout for 3/7/2012

Warm Up: 0:50/0:10 x 3 = lunges, frog squats, high knee jog

4 Rounds:

  • 10 Front/Side Raise Superset
  • 20 Side Knee Tuck Crunches – each side
  • 30 Sets of Mountain Climbers
  • 20 KB Sumo High Pulls
  • 10 Wallballs

Finish: 25 Pike Push-Ups
