Warm Up: 0:50/0:10 each – Jump Rope, Jump Squats, Jumping Jacks x 3

4 Rounds:

  • 15 Burpees – A = 20
  • 15 Prone Rows – A = 20
  • 15 Flies on Ball
  • 30 Weighted Reach Crunches
  • 15 Box Jumps – A = 20

Finish: Kettlebell Swings/Bicycles – 30/30 – 5 Rounds
