Boot Camp workout for 3/28/2012

Warm-up: movement: 20 burpees, run to park

4 Rounds:

  • 10 Kettlebell push press – each arm
  • 20 leg raises
  • 10 front/side superset
  • 20 knee tuck crunches – advanced: with medicine ball
  • 20 jump squats

Finish: partner ball pass sit-ups
