Warm-up: Movement; 100 Mountain climbers, 500 yard run

4 Rounds:

  • 10 Chest presses on floor
  • 40 suitcase crunches
  • 20 Kettlebell swings
  • 10 pull-ups
  • 20 knee tuck jumps

Finish: run: advanced-to Andrews, beginner-to the park
