Warm-Up: Movement: 100 Mountain Climbers, Run – Park

4 Rounds:

  • 15 Thrusters
  • 30 Suitcase Crunches
  • 10 Windmils each arm
  • 30 Knee Tuck Crunches
  • Run 200 Yards

Finish: Partner Leg Throws
