Warm-up: Movement; 3:00 sprawl drill

5 Rounds

  • 10 straight leg deadlift (dumbbells)
  • 10 chin-ups
  • 40 weighted oblique twists
  • 15 box jumps

Finish: 20/20/20, x4: jump squats, squat thrusts, crunches
