Boot camp workout for 3-31-14

Warm up: 25 squats, 25 squat thrusts

5 Rounds:

12 burpees
12 reverse rows
12 Slamballs
12 Kettlebell high pulls (6/6 so go heavy!)

Finish: run to mornigside

Mandatory mobility: half dragon fly and spinal twist for 1:00 each side twice
