Boot Camp Workout for 3-27-2013

Warm-up: Movement; 20/10, x4: squats, jumping knacks, side shuffle in hallway

5 Rounds:

  • 10 wall ball
  • 20 leg raises, A – knees to elbow
  • 10 front raises
  • 40 toe touch crunches
  • 20 Kettlebell swings, HEAVY!

Finish: 20/10, x8: nasties, flutter kicks, scissors
