Warm up: 20 push ups, 40 mountain climbers, 40 JJ

Endurance intervals!

A) AMRAP 5 burpees, 5 Kettlebell swings

B) AMRAP 10 chest presses on floor, 20 bicycles

C) jump rope

D) row

Finish: 20 pull ups
