Warm-up: Movement; 30/10, x3: fast feet, high knee jog, jumping jacks

5 Rounds:

  • 10 thrusters
  • 30 toe touch crunches
  • 10 plate circles
  • 30 crunches
  • 60 mountain climbers

Finish: 20 pike push-ups
